The following are the support options available to our clients:
Comprehensive Support:
This option is recommended for those customers new to CATIA or ENOVIA SmarTeam and those who would like to outsource the management of their Engineering Systems.
- require access to the Technical Team Mon-Fri 8:30a.m. - 5:00 p.m.EST
- require access out of normal operating hours
- require on-site work upon short notice
- manage costs and budget
- do not have skilled resources to help manage the workstations
- require optimization
- require updates and full OEM compliancy
- need to communicate with more than 1 plant
- communicate with more than 1 customer
- have acute requirements and environments
Phone/Remote Access Support (fixed monthly cost):
This option is recommended for those customers that require minimum assistance but rely on AscendBridge to ensure compliance.
- require access to the Technical Team Mon-Fri 8:30a.m.-5:00p.m.EST
- require on-site work periodically
- end user has some in-house system administration capabilities
- manage costs and budget
Block of Hours (flexible):
This option is recommended for those customers who have a wide range of needs, rely on AscendBridge to provide assistance wherever required.

- require on-site work
- require implementation of additional hardware
- have complex environments with many platforms and applications
- have skilled administrators on site
